He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cornelius Bailey and Ola Johnson; and his mother-in-law Jo Ann Perry. He is survived by: his wife Edna Bailey; his children, Cindy Abbott of Breckenridge, Jennifer McGlothlen (Edward Coats) of Everett, WA and Billy Bailey of Oregon; his grandchildren, Lacey McKay (Arlis) of Breckenridge, Matthew, Wayne McGlothlen of Washington, Casey Abbott of Breckenridge and Gabriel Bailey of Oregon; his great grandchildren, Alexa Medina, Shelbi McKay, Aaryn Medina, Zane McKay, Autumn Abbott and Liam McGlothlen; his great great grandchild Harper Davis; his brother-in-law George Perry (Karen) of Breckenridge; his nieces, Shannon Stoker (Slade) and Hailey Perry; and his nephew Parker Perry (Rachelle).
