He is survived by: his parents, Paul Pewitt and Sheila Pewitt of Cumberland Furnace, TN; his son Johnathan Lee Smith of Lyles, TN.; and his siblings, Timmy Mayberry of Breckenridge, TX, Paul Pewitt (Danica) of Charlotte, TN, Chris Pewitt (Sonya) of Charlotte, TN., Pam Forster of McEwen, TN and Pam Pewitt.
