He is survived by: his children, Renee David (Carl), Jennifer Hershey and Chris Wilkes (Katie); his sister Beverly Barnes; his grandchildren, Austin (Rachel), Tori Baccarie, Collin, Gavin Shoemaker, Jonas and Ella Wilkes; and his great grandchildren, Graham and Ellis Baccarie.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Chapel (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Forest Park West Cemetery (4400 Meriwether Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109).
