He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Devin and Grace Devin of Iowa; his siblings, Robert Devin of Oklahoma and Marietta Brood of Iowa; and his grandson Gregory Devin of Breckenridge, Texas..

He is survived by: his wife Pat Devin of Breckenridge; his daughter Crystal; his son-in-law Dwayne Fuhrman of Huntington Beach; his daughter La Donna; his son-in-law Troy Bristow of Hawley; his daughter Karen; and his son-in-law Chris Eaton of Breckenridge, TX.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
