He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Meadows and Lee Ola Meadows; and his siblings, Cecil Franklin and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Kay Meadows; his children, Paula (Cody) and Ward (Kirby); his grandchildren, Tanner Garland and Sydney Garland; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Lisa Diamond.
