He is survived by: his wife RaeAnna Jeffers; his children, Ethan Jeffers, Keenan Green and Danielle Jeffers; his grandson Malakai; his brother Steven Jeffers; his nieces, Stephanie Jeffers and Erin Jeffers; and his mother Catherine "Taffy" Jeffers.
The family does not have the capacity to receive flowers or tangible items due to limited space, so the best solution for those who wish to honor Phil's memory was to establish a memorial fund to help support Phil's soon-to-be-born grandson, Malakai. All donations will be directed toward that purpose.
