She was predeceased by: her grandchild Mallory Montgomery. She is survived by: her parents, Nicholas Cortez and Virginia Cortez; her siblings, Michael Cortez (Megan) and Monica Cortez; her nephews, Isaiah Cortez (Alexa) and Andrew Cortez; her niece Rianna Grabast (Dillon); her children, Anthony Montgomery (Dannica) and Marisa Arellano (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Kaydin Arellano, Zailee Arellano, Calvin Montgomery and Cash Montgomery.
Her greatest achievement was beating cervical cancer and later surviving Covid.
