He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Claude Keith and Minnie Bell Johnson Keith; his wife Shirley Keith; and his siblings, Cecil Keith, Jr., Alfred Keith, Dale Keith and Elaine Glenn (James).
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Keith, Debra Reynolds (Larry) and Mary Kirkpatrick (John); his siblings, Ken Keith (Cindy) and Gweena Lee Evans (Benny); his siblings-in-law, Jo, Gladys Keith and Richard Kyle; his grandchildren, Otho Dale Noggle, Jake Noggle, Veronica Barrick (David), Stacey Keith (Matt Hall), Ryan Ethridge (Jamie), Ashley Mendoza (Braulio) and Andrew Kirkpatrick (Shea); and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Isaac, Nathan Mendoza, Carlee Noggle, Gage and Grayson Ethridge.
