He was predeceased by: his parents, W. M. Lynch and Eugenia Anderson of Breckenridge; his wife Patsy Lynch; his children, Rebecca, Wade and Michael Lynch; and his brothers, Jack Lynch, Bobby Owens and Kenneth Anderson.

He is survived by: his brother Ben Anderson; and his grandchildren, Cody Wimberley of Brandon Lynch, K. W, Brett Lynch, Chris Lynch, James Lynch, Nika Adams and Tara Heath. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
