He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Batek and Frances Batek; his wife Betty Batek; his brother Ted Batek; and his great grandchild Trevor Batek.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Raymond (Michael) of Breckenridge and Todd Batek (Marla) of Blanchard, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Shaylie Tudor (Brandon) of Oklahoma City, Nathan Batek (Amanda) of Oklahoma City, Gage, Garrett and Grace Raymond of Breckenridge; his great grandchildren, Easton Tudor of Oklahoma City, Emma, Elliott Batek of Oklahoma City and Sklar Ortega of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Jeff Batek of Robstown and Mary Ann Hull (Carl) of Cuero.
