He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Joyce; and his brothers, Mike and Pat. He is survived by: his siblings, Fred, Margaret, Lucille, Jim, Joe, Frank and Teresa; his daughters, Katie Marie Payne Warren and Amber Payne; his grandsons, Justin Rakowitz (Ashley), Zachary Warren and Brandon Warren; and his great grandchildren, Jaelynn and Paislee. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
