She was predeceased by: her parents, James Casale and Francis Casale (Martin); her former husbands, Ronnie Martin and Eddie Aurand; and her brother Heflin.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Self; her son Steve Martin (Pam); her grandchildren, Janell Ensey, Kevin Gayler, Jody Martin, Julian of Breckenridge, Carly of Breckenridge, Raylen of Breckenridge, Kensey of Breckenridge and Ryder of Breckenridge; and her sister Ginger Webb of Bullhead City.
