He was predeceased by : his former wife Connie; and his parents, Howard Leon Ramsey and Gwen Margarete Ramsey. He is survived by his beloved Vickie; their children, Keitha Crabtree (Stephen), Jerrad Ramsey (Valerie), Seth Ramsey (Cynthia) and Ashtyn Mehlhoff (Jason); their grandchildren, Noah, Eva, Hunter, Rhet, Parker Max, Grant, Miles, McKinley and Scotlyn; his father-in-law Keith Munnerlyn; and his siblings, Teri, Cindy, Gina and Randy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
