He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Coykendall and Shelba Thomas; and his brother Billy Caskey. He is survived by: his wife Lacretia Coykendall; his children, Ashley (Derek), Dustin (Jessica) and DJ; his grandchildren, Haylee, Kaleigh, Rhyder, Avery, Tripp and Cayson; and his siblings, Amy (Wince), Larry (Robin) and Rick (Tina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
