He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Henry Smith, Sr. and Betty Young Smith; his sister Cheryl Perona; and his grandson Justin. He is survived by: his wife Frances Smith of Breckenridge; his children, Brian Smith, Chad Smith, Lisa McCulloch, Freddie Jenkins, Chasity Jenkins and Juanita Garcia; and his sisters, Cathy Clendenen, Debbie Deitschel and Christina Federspiel. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
