He was predeceased by: his parents, Iva Williams and Harry Edward Minks; and his son Clarence. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Singleton; his siblings, Lawrence Minks and Ella Estep; his wife Angel Minks; and his children, Clara Sue West (Glenn) of Boomer, Mary Aguirre (Jesse) of Graham, Michelle Hinkle (John) of Spartanburg, Melissa Minks of Breckenridge, Texas and Rondal Minks of Jacksboro, Texas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial donations in memory of Clarence can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
