He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sr. Herring and Clara Herring; his former wife Mary Gulley; and his parents-in-law, Elaine Gulley and Thurman Gulley.
He is survived by: his daughter Kandi Lanette (Randy) of Baird; his wife June Seigler-Herring; his daughter Tonda Deubler (Ricky) of Breckenridge; his grandchildren, Dustin Snell (Christina) of Baird, Stetson Deubler (Whitney) of Breckenridge, Jeremiah Snell of Eula, Sterlynn Patterson (Travis) of Breckenridge and Zachary Snell (Tuesday) of McKinney; his great grandchildren, Kenzie Waggoner (Brandon), Blake Snell, Canon Deubler, Damon Snell, Walker, Henry Patterson and Elijah Snell; and his siblings, Dwayne (Margaret Herring), Ricky (Diana Herring), Glenn (Harriett Herring), Ray (Brenda Herring), Kevin (Robin Herring), Shirley Holub of Wichita Falls, Janice (Jimmy Albus), Glynda Herrington-Clark (Jim Bertagnolli) of Castle Rock, Betty (Joe Hudson) and Jeanette (Willy Smith).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of CH Herring be made to either Meals on Wheels of Breckenridge or the Hubbard Creek Volunteer Fire Department.
