He was predeceased by: his father Howard Benjamin Waller. He is survived by: his mother Lola Mae Thornton Waller; his children, Jeremy Waller (Heather), Crystal Hulse, Amber Cline (Matt) and Lane Waller; his siblings, Howard Mike Waller (Martha Jane), James Scott Waller (Alicia), Henry Bud Ehrlich (Laura) and Cathy Waller Ellis; his friends, Kay Jones, Mary Waller and Shelby Ellis; his grandchildren, Christian Hector Leal-Cruz, Lyla Jane Hulse, Mattison Danielle Cline, Heath Daniel Cline and Levi Daniel Waller; and his great grandchild Aylah Cruz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
