He is survived by: his parents, Amelia Cortez (Reyna) of Throckmorton and Jesse Cortez; his wife Angela Cortez (Martinez) of Breckenridge; his children, Jessica Cortez (Shawna Green) of Amarillo, Brittany Rosenberger (Andrew) of Newton Falls, OH, Jacob Cortez (Jamie) of Graham, Ray Cortez (Heather) of Jacksonville, NC and Corbin Cortez (Taylor) of Breckenridge; his grandchildren, Kyren, Hunter and Peyson; and his sister Susan Looney of Wichita Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
