Button Sikes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2025, at the age of 85, Button Sikes (Breckenridge, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Sikes (Bill) and Ferrol Booth Sikes; his sister Carolyn Sikes Offield; his son Sammy Ray Sikes; and his grandson Derek Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Fran Lamb Sikes; his daughter Karen Holland (Melvin) of Moran; his daughter-in-law Sonia Sikes of Breckenridge; his granddaughters, Harli Harris (Randy) of Moran and Katie Martin (Stuart) of Abilene; his great grandchild Sam Martin; his sister-in-law Libby Sevier of Prescott, Arkansas; and his friends, John Hill and Jerry Toland.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (419 W Walker St, Breckenridge, TX 76424). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Shady Grove Cemetery, c/o Clear Fork Bank, P.O. Box 951, Breckenridge, TX 76424.
