He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James S. Davidson, Jr. and Edna Belle "Sis" White; and his sister Betty Davidson Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, James S. Davidson, III, Edward W. Davidson of Thomasville, Col. J. Patrick Davidson, Annapolis, MD and Anne Davidson Hamilton of Asheville, NC.; his nieces and nephews, Jim, Laurie, Mark, Angie, Amy, Ted, Jean Marie, Jennifer, Joanna, Jim "Drew", Kevin, Mary, Keith, Joan and Donald; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sam, Kellie, Ava, Jessie, Jessica, Amy, Julie, Annie, Frank, Ray, Anthony, Mariel, Jack, Julia, Edward, Kate, Matt, Cody and Claire.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church would be appreciated.
