He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Clarke and Marilyn Grigsby Wiggins; his stepfather Gordon Wiggins; and his sister Rebecca Lue Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Clarke; his son William David Clarke III (Mary); his grandchildren, Meredith, Madeleine and Wesley Clarke; and his siblings, John, James Wiggins and Deborah Wiggins Floyd (Robert). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
