He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Foster Bowers Jr. and Cherry June Bowers; and his brother Kim Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Susan Slade Bowers; his children, Jessica Anne Bilnoski (Nathan) and Teddy Ryan Bowers (Allison); his grandchildren, Lauren, Trey, Lyndsey, Lydia and Judith; his brothers, Gary (Janice), Bobby (Joy) and Dennis (Nadia); and his sister-in-law Kimberly Bowers. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
