He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kelley and Sammie Kelley; and his sister Brenda Kelley Oxford. He is survived by: his wife Robin Doss Kelley of Brazoria; his daughters, Jennifer Kelley Fine (Michael) of Brazoria, Amanda Kelley Mize of Lake Jackson, Ree Kelley Miska (Jeremy) of Richwood and Sara Kate Kelley of Brazoria; and his grandchildren, James Patrick Fine, Elizabeth Fine, Olivia Fine, Madie Mize, Nolan Patrick Mize, Sydney Miska, Gracie Miska, Harper Lee Miska and Hollis Miska. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
