He was predeceased by: his parents, George Marshall and Leola Marshall; his siblings, Robert George Marshall, James Marshall, Sr. and Linda Marshall; his daughter Shirley Faye; and his stepson Antonio Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Jackie Higgins (Steven), Loretha Edison (Herman), Lee Marshall, Jr. and Gary Pinkney (Kirby); his siblings, Bobbie Gee, Helen Parker (Robert), JoAnn Marshall and Elder Donald Marshall, Sr. (Beverly); his stepchildren, Danny Davis and Veronica Davis; his granddaughter Regina Marshall; and his brothers-in-law, James Lee David and Lawrence Davis. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dixon Funeral Home-Angleton (2025 E Mulberry St, Angleton, TX 77515). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
