He is survived by: his wife Melanie Donoho-Collins; his daughter Billie Ann Tyson; his stepdaughter Heather Lacina; his daughter Amy Sewell; his sisters, Judy Jones (Kenny), Cindi Boykin, Josie Peters and Elaine; his brother-in-law Les Salles; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Reta Donoho; his mother-in-law Nell Gonsulin; his grandchildren, Drew Collins, Stephanie Tyson, Summer Tyson, Savana Vera (Enrique), Reagann Sewell (Eric) and Jaycie Sewell; his stepparents, Wayne Milton Crisp Jr. and Myrtle Mae Collins; his son John Duward Collins; his siblings, Jimmy Neal Collins and Janice Lynn Bertrand; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Paul Donoho and Moscow Boykin Jr.. He is also survived by great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
