She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Mack; her son Justin Jamar Mack; her father Arthur Lee Bullard; her sister Joyce Bullard; and her grandmother Bertha Barrett.
She is survived by: her mother Virgie Lee Fomby of West Columbia; her daughters, Kirby Mack of Brazoria and Janine Mack-Chizer (Marvin) of Angleton; her siblings, Mary of West Columbia, Irma Jean Bullard of West Columbia, Thelma Jackson of West Columbia, Jackie of West Columbia, Cina Len Barrett of West Columbia and Danny Fomby (Veronica) of Lake Jackson; and her granddaughter Zari Grace Chizer. She is also survived by girl on the way and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
