He is survived by: his wife Jessie Lynne Mills Scott of Brazoria; his daughter Seychelle Lynne Scott; his son-in-law Charles William Havard; his siblings-in-law, Lisa Nielsen Mills and Dale Rae Mills; his grandsons, William Lynn Havard and Daniel Thomas Havard; and his friends, Teresa Venglar Orr, Alan Hanna, Steve Hanna and Oscar Gonzales. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
