She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Francis Rackley and Ruby Pratt; her sisters, Joyce Richards and Betty Peters of Brazoria; and her husband Nolan Bland Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Thomas (Randy) of Brazoria, Tammy Moss of Brazoria, Keitha Bland of Brazoria and Robin Strickland (Shannon) of West Columbia. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
