He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Fleming Talley and Lorena M. Talley (Couch); his former wife Nelda M. Talley; his son Michael G. Talley; and his grandchild Teena McFarland.
He is survived by: his former wife Nelda M. Spears; his wife Opal Talley of Brady, Texas; his daughter Anita Griffin (David) of Weatherford, Texas; his grandchildren, Shawn Talley, Brian Edwards, Shelly Smithson, Dana Surratt and C. J. Kerr; his great grandchildren, Adele Edwards, Alex Edwards, Austin Edwards, Samantha Hinistroza, Sullivan Surratt, Kennedy Surratt and Allie Johnson; and his son-in-law John McFarland of Brady, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
