He was predeceased by: his parents, Castulo Garcia, Sr. and Carmen Garcia (Gonzales); his wife Graviela "Elsie" Garcia; his son Michael Garcia; and his siblings, Ninfa Vasquez, Cecilia Garza and Joe Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Garcia, Jr. (Mandy) of Brownwood, Texas, Sandra Garcia Vara (Gary) of Brownwood and Jennifer Garcia of Brady, Texas; his siblings, Castulo "Tony" Garcia, Jr. of Humble, Texas, Eloisa Aguirre of Corpus Christi, Viola Elizondo of Houston and Maria Elena Gonzales of Alvin, Texas; his grandchildren, Collin Garcia, Courtney Garcia, Mallory Garcia, Tristyn Garcia, Connor Vara, Caydon Vara, Olivia Garcia and Alex Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Samuel David Griffin, Brady Michael Garcia, Carson Wiley and Casen Wiley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
