Velma Roberts Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Roberts (Brady, Texas), who passed away on September 29, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Marlin Pierce and Vonie Hunnicutt Pierce; and her son Arlyn Lee Roberts (Mary Ann Roberts) of Brady, Texas.. She is survived by: her husband Roy Ray Roberts; her children, Velma Rae Olness (Dwaine Olness) of San Angelo, Vinnie Irene Engdahl of Brady, Marlin Roberts (Darline) of Gilmer and Garland Roberts of Brady; her siblings, Pauline McCaa and Orville Pierce; her mother-in-law Fannie Roberts; her children-in-law, Mary Ann Roberts and Gary Lynn Engdahl; her brother John Henry Pierce; her sister-in-law Betty Roberts; and also Devin Taylor. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
