He was predeceased by: his parents, Fermin Guzman and Teresa Nieto Guzman; his wife Flora Soto; and his son-in-law Christoval Sandoval. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Walter Guzman of Mullin, Guadalupe Guzman of Brady, Shirley Sandoval of Mathis, Patricia Vasquez (Conrado) of Ft. Hancock and Ruby Salazar (Juan) of Odessa; and his sister Ruby Vela. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home - Brady (300 N Bridge St, Brady, TX 76825). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
