She was predeceased by: her husband Fernando Lafuente Jr.; and her siblings, Maria Jesus Villegas Loya, Salome Villegas Loya, Rodolfo Maldonando Loya and Gustavo Loya.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Mosqueda (Raul Mosqueda) of Brownwood, Stella Vasquez (Lupe Vasquez Jr.) of San Antonio, Celeste Lafuente of Helotes, Blanca Lafuente-Martinez (Hector Martinez) of Brady and Jasmine Lafuente-Hernandez (Enrique Hernandez) of San Antonio; her brother Maurilio Leon Loya of Mexico; her grandchildren, Alexis Mosqueda, Dany Mosqueda, Albert Vasquez, Victoria Vasquez, Aaron Vasquez, Aric Vasquez, Noah Garza, Joel Garza, Andre Martinez, Lana Martinez, Kai Green Martinez, Lukas Hernandez and Luciana Hernandez; her great grandchild Sicily Jay Vasquez; and her niece Estela Soto Villegas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Fernando Lafuente, Jr. Scholarship.
