We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2022, at the age of 81, Noemi Aguirre of Brady, Texas, born in Hatchel, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Gamez and Maria Gamez (Valdez); her husband Abel Aguirre; and her siblings, Isaias Gamez, Antulio Gamez, Servio Gamez and Mitzi Gonzales.
She is survived by: her children, Anselmo "Sammy" Aguirre (Clorinda) of Brady, TX, Delma Medrano (Jack) of Brady, TX, Delilah Sanchez (Lino) of Brady, TX and Rosie Aguirre of Brady, TX; her siblings, Ismael Gamez of Hereford, TX, Benjamin Gamez (Frances) of Phoenix, AZ, James Gamez (Mely) of Hereford, TX, Joaquin Gamez (Gloria) of Hereford, TX and Connie Balderaz (Joe) of Amarillo, TX; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Aguirre; her grandchildren, Samantha Salas, Anyssa Aguirre, Lorna Vela, Nathan Aguirre, Reno Sanchez, Ethan Medrano, Jerimiah Medrano, Izabella Sanchez, Aubriella Aguirre and Toby Sanchez; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden Aguirre, Nevaeh Salas, Matheus Salas, George Vela, Damian Vela, Hayze Vela, Garrison Garza and Bronson Speck. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She also volunteered in the concession stands for the Brady Youth Sports Foundation and the Brady Independent School District and she served on the Catholic Life Insurance Board for several years.
