He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Perez and Diana Perez; his siblings, Eddie, Tomaine, Alysha and Jose; his godchildren, JaCory, Alyias, Jose Jr., Jacob, Jayce, Landen, Hope and Ava-Rose; and his grandparents, Remedios Perez, Julie Mantanona and Ignacio.
