It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyd Wert Sharp Jr. of Brady, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Wert Sharp, Sr. and Dorothy Wert Sharp (Johnson); his daughter Cristi Sharp; and his siblings, Garry Sharp and Dorothy Gale Shastid.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Sharp of Livingston, MN, David Sharp of Marina, CA and Daniel Sharp of Brady, TX; and his sisters, Linda Dyess of Bedias, TX and Nancy Martin of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
