He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gray Locklear and Margaret Locklear (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Ronnie Locklear (Audrey) of Stephenville and Lesa Feldhousen (Lance) of College Station; his grandchildren, Layne Feldhousen, Logen Feldhousen and James Grey Locklear; and his sister Susan Neal of Brady.

Memorial gifts may be made in his memory to Hospice of San Angelo or to the McCulloch County Library Association Board at P. O. Box 505, Brady, Texas 76825.
