He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Ramsey and Inez Ramsey; his half-siblings, Bud, James, Shorty Ramsey, Lena Mae Ohlhausen, Dorothy Hodges and Edith Brinson; and his siblings, Dean, Donnie Ramsey, Joan Graves and Faye Hill.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Pete, Jim and Inez Cameron Ramsey; his grandchild-in-law Lynnette Garner (Lynn); his wife Lynnette (Lynn); his children, Glynna Penney (Tim) of Mabank and Cameron Ramsey (Christina) of Ballinger; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Kolt Bunch, Caleb, Joshua, Sarah Penney, Rossi and Evan Ramsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
