He was predeceased by: his parents, Federico Ruiz, Sr. and Francisca Ruiz (Contreras); his wife Irma Hernandez; his son Joe Richard Ruiz; his brother Richard Ruiz; his grandsons, Christopher Ruiz and Jacob Solis; and his great grandchild Brenna Ruiz.
He is survived by: his children, Raul Ruiz (Teresa) of Ft. Worth, TX, Robert Ruiz (Mark Campbell) of Dallas, TX, Diana Martinez (Dore) of Brownwood, TX, Sandra Solis (Eddie) of Brady, TX, Mary Helen Ruiz of Kentucky, Irene Ruiz Duus (Robert) of Brady, TX and Sally Davidson (Robert) of Fredericksburg, TX; and his siblings, Robert Ruiz (Sulema) of Brady, TX, Mary Ramon (Manuel) of Beeville and Elfida Garcia of Beeville, TX. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Everyone is requested to wear face masks coverings during all services.
