He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewell Ray and Amanda Teague Sr. (Watkins); his sons, Tommy B. Teague and Charlie Wernecke; and his brother Benny Foster Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Olee Teague; his children, Clayton Wernecke (Linda), Lawrence Wernecke, Freddie Wernecke (Rachel) and Amanda Faye Veitch (John); and his sister Melba Mae Jones. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
