She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sheppard and Avy Sheppard (Hall); her husband Chester William Tally; her daughter Betty Waite; her son-in-law Cecil Pitcox; and her siblings, Lewis Sheppard, Maggie Henton and Katherine Young.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Pitcox of Brady, William "Dale" Tally (Sherri) of Brady and Carl Ray Tally (Janice) of Brady; her siblings, Homer Sheppard (Francine) of Fort Worth, James Sheppard (Judy) of Fort Worth, Lucille McBee of San Angelo and Aurellia Stokes (Charles) of Brady; her son-in-law Eddie Waite; and her grandchildren, Darren Waite, Tammy Hemphill, Tracy Pitcox, John Waite, Cindy Hines, Shane Pitcox, Craig Tally, Jeremy Tally, Joshua Tally, Clifton Tally, Dustin Tally and Kelli Raneri. She is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
