He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Tullus and Angie Finnegan; his daughter-in-law Crystal Kemmitz; his siblings, Gene Tullus, Linda Maness and Brenda Ballard; his grandchildren, Jessica Tullus and London Pelfrey; and his nieces and nephews, Brandi, Stacy, Melissa, Michael, Terry, George and Wesley. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
