We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2024, at the age of 96, Billie J Bingham of Brady, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neff Bingham and Odell Smith Bingham; his wife Frances "FeFe" Bingham; his brother Jesse James Bingham; and his nephews, Randy Joe Shafer and Barry Bingham Bill.

He is survived by: his sister Wanda Shafer (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Gary Shafer (Susan), Nelson Solsbery (Peggy), Dale Webb (Sammye), Sheryll Kisiah (Johnny), Peggy Shafer, Phyllis Bolton (Alvin), Patty Smith, Debbie Solsbery, Linda Marsh and Nadine Osborne.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of San Angelo, 1933 University Ave., San Angelo, TX 76904.
