With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Payne (Brackettville, Texas), who passed away on July 24, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Vasquez and Santa Vasquez; her son Albert Payne; and her granddaughter Jessica Payne. She is survived by: her children, Oscar Payne (Josefa), John Henry Payne, Nelson Payne (Sharri Foster), Maria Disla (Mayo Banex), Herminia Doctor, Nellie Payne and Pauline Ward (Danny); and her sister Ana Duran. She is also survived by extended family which includes grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and lifetime friends.
