He is survived by: his wife Lydia Morin Tipps; his children, Cassandra Tipps (Sarah), Jeffrey Glenn Tipps II (Donald) and Jamie Malloy; his siblings, Stephen Tipps, Pamela Joy Tipps and Deborah Gay Hayes; his aunt Annette Chowning; and his grandchildren, Nathan Malloy, Ava Su (Jerry), Emily Malloy (Jared), Abigail Malloy, Sylas Rodriguez and Emryss Rodriguez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
