It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles E. Foust of Brackettville, Texas, born in Liberty Hill, Texas, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Billie Foust; his daughters, Tamara Przekurat and Brenda Weathers; his brothers, Elroy and Jack; and his parents, Lois Foust and Neal Foust. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.

In addition to usual remembrances, memorials can also be made to the Charles E. Foust Memorial Fund to benefit the Agriculture Education Department at Brackettville High School ISD in his honor.
