She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Jojola and Helen Jojola; her husband Charlie Wirl; and her brother Danny Jojola. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Tamayo (Tina) and Anthony Tamayo (Georgina); her siblings, Mary Ellen Barger, Debbie Jojola, Claudia Jojola and Charles Jojola; and her granddaughters, Lauren, Brittany, Paige, Danielle and Joie. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 1 niece and 6 nephews.
