He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grover Franklin and Helen Evelyn Fleming; and his children, Randall Fleming (Kathryn), Tamara Scott (Brett Scott) and Todd Fleming. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
