She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe S. Carey and Ruby Ella Carey (Sharp); her husband Johnny Carl Webb; and her siblings, Martha Dee Carey, Edna Carey, William E. Carey, Joe Kenneth Carey, Sherman L. Carey, Charles Ray Carey and Douglas Carey.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Slaton of Tupelo and Linda Sue Akin of Caney, OK; her children, Carl Webb of Briar, Tommy Webb (Stacey) of Springtown, Joe Webb (Joyce Marie Webb) of Massachusetts, John Webb (Yvonne) of Paradise, Diane Clarke (James) of Burleson and Michelle Thompson (Jody) of Bellevue; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Cooper, Amy Cooper, Cory Cooper, Douglas Webb, Jason Webb, Stephen Webb, Lenesa Webb and Jimmie Thompson. She is also survived by numerous extended family members as well as a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hawkins Funeral Home (100 S Ewing St, Boyd, TX 76023). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Boyd Cemetery.
